Sub-contractors must be pre-screened and pre-qualified prior to being hired for any jobs.
This is includes:
- Licensure (where applicable)
- Insurance
- References (minimum of 3, all must be contacted)
- Verification of work (either with before/after photos, or visiting a site)
We have an on-going rating system based on performance, work quality and client feed-back kept on all contractors.
